I love miso soup. I made this one with a few too many mushrooms, some wakame and red miso. I served it with some cubed tofu and diced spring onions that I poured the broth over. This is an amazing soup that really only takes about ten minutes to make. I've never found a source for bulk bonito, but in the quantities that I make, the little packages work just fine.
