Wasabe Complete

Here's a shot of the finished product. Notice that the wasabe rolls into a ball nicely and hasn't left any residue in the bowl. You can pinch off smaller pieces and roll them into balls that can be served alongside the sushi on the main platter, or you can create individual portions of wasabe and pickled ginger that you can put out in a side dish for each diner.
