Its official, ICANN's board of directors has approved (12 in favor with 1 abstention) the results of the negotiations between the ICANN staff and Verisign and has authorized the General Counsel to seek the approval of the Department of Commerce to make the appropriate amendments to Verisign's registry agreement. Will they get it?
